  1. Thank you very much, Kris. I now have “Diving into the Wreck”… almost all of it… FYI, just when the crew is about to “blow that wreck up, so no one else can find it.”… the magazine says “make sure to check out the exciting conclusion in our December issue, on sale now!… so, instead of troubling you, I will now write to them again. Best of lusck to you. Gábor

  2. Thank you very much for your swift response. If you can help me even figuring out which issues were the ones containing the novella… I had a hard time scanning the website you specified and have not found it. Sorry if it is asking too much. Sincerely, Gábor Pataki, Budapest, Hungary.

    1. No problem. I should have done that initially. “Diving into the Wreck” is in the December 2005 issue. “Room of Lost Souls” is in the April/May 2008 issue, and “The Spires of Denon” is in the April/May 2009 issue. I hope that helps! Kris

  3. Please clarify this: if the book is only coming out in November how could Steve (Mohan, commenting on 08 Apr 2009 at 7:24 pm) read it and be fascinated about it?
I’d love to read “Diving into the Wreck”. Is it available in any other format than a book? How about electronic?
    Thank you

    1. The novel, Diving into the Wreck, is based on an award-winning novella called “Diving into the Wreck.” You can find it in back issues of Asimov’s magazine, as well as other stories of mine set in the “Diving” universe. Here’s the link: Otherwise, there will be an electronic copy as well as a book copy in November.

  4. Absolutely beautiful cover! Hey, Kris, any idea when this book comes out? “Diving the Wreck” and “The Room of Lost Souls” were some of the best action/adventure SF pieces I ever read. Can’t wait to pick up this novel.
