I wonder whether there’s a typo in the following sentence:
the makers of such delicacies never included rodent, believing it tainted the palette.
Shouldn’t it be ‘palate’ instead of ‘palette’?
LOL! What a wonderful and magical typo. Thanks for pointing it out. 🙂 (This thing has been proofed by 3 separate people, two of them professional copy editors. Repeats to self: there are no perfect stories, there are no perfect stories…)
You’re welcome, glad I could help!
It is indeed a very poetic typo, mixing painting and taste! So much nicer than the common ones (your/you’re, its/it’s, …) 🙂
Nothing can ever be perfect, but to be honest I’d rather spot a few typos every now and then than if you ended up not writing so many great stories, just because you wanted to spend too much time trying to make your writing absolutely perfect!
Thank you. 🙂
I loved this! I would happily read a whole book about this pride. (yes, that’s a hint)
LOL. Thanks, Mags. 🙂
I love your cat stories! Really, more please! 🙂
