Business Musings: The Copyedit from Heck

Nowadays, indie writers hire their own copyeditors. And worry that the copyeditor knows more about details of grammar than the indie writers do. Chances are the copyeditor does know more about the details of grammar than the writer does. Chances are the copyeditor even knows the parts of speech. But the copyeditor does not know how to tell a good story. The writer does.
