Fey 4: The Resistance Available in E-Book!

The Resistance: The Fourth Book of the Fey

WMG Publishing has released The Resistance: The Fourth Book of the Fey in all e-book sites. I know this is big news for many of you since years ago, Bantam Books (for no reason at all) left books 1-3 and book 5 in print and took book 4 out of print. In England, you had a similar experience, since the publisher there decided not to publish the remaining two books in the series after my original editor (and the original publisher) left the company.

It was almost impossible to get The Resistance if you came to the party late. There will be a trade paper edition later in the year. For now, though, you can find The Resistance for Kindle, Nook, on Smashwords, and in other e-bookstores. You can also find a copy for your ears on Audible.com.

Personally, I can’t wait for the trades to come out so you can see the full wrap-around covers that Dirk Berger is doing. Until then, you’ll have to make do with viewing the front only. 🙂 Enjoy!

It is fun to watch, it really is. I don’t have any kindle sales yet, only a handful of BN. I honestly admire those of you that can write science fiction. It’s too technical, and my mind doesn’t work that way, I think. I’m primarily fantasy, but I’m trying my wings at a vampire book right now. I waited years to write it because I wasn’t trying to “cash in” on the fad, but the story has practically demanded to be written these last two and a half years, so here I am. 🙂

Maybe when I’ve got my chops a little more, I can try to branch out more like you and Dean. 🙂

It’s really not cool that the author of said novel is the face of everything, and fans think they are the ones that do these things. At least it’s a different time now. I want so badly to read this series, but since I’ve been writing more, I have to restrict my reading time into two week blocks when I finish my work and am taking a break. I don’t read fantasy while I’m writing it. Well at least I can get it now and don’t have to send you an inquiry letter. 😉

On a side note, I went over to pubit and saw I sold 3 books. I got so excited I told my wife. lol! All that excitement over three sales. lol! 🙂

Congrats on the sales, Ramon. It’s fun to see isn’t it? And I”m like you; I don’t read the genre I’m writing in either. Fortunately, I read (and write in) a lot of genres. 🙂

Thats great, Kris. Congrats on finally having the whole series available. Even before I started writing, I always wondered why publishers would pull the bone-headed move of taking books in a series out of print. I can only imagine the frustration this surely caused the authors of those books. smh

I was constantly answering letters from fans, asking why I had taken the book out of print. Or asking where they could find a copy. And I didn’t have an answer to the second, and I had to be careful of a cranky letter to the first. Now, they can read the book! Yay!
