I Promised And Have Finally Delivered

I get e-mails all the time asking for several things. Many I can’t do quickly, like write the next book in your favorite series, whatever that might be. I’m trying, and will announce the next book in an ongoing series sometime next week. But I have also promised other editions of books that already exist or stories that haven’t yet seen an e-edition.

2940016381534_p0_v1_s260x420For years now, I’ve promised a trade paper edition of the Fey novels. This turned out to be much more difficult than expected. The old e-files I had were corrupted. The scans were awful. WMG finally had to strip the files of all formatting and start over. They’ve replaced most of the e-books with new interiors, and the last will be replaced within the next few months. But the paper volumes took as much if not more work. The good news is that they’re finally happening. They have lovely covers by Dirk Berger. (Hit the link and you can see more of his wonderful work.) The first novel, The Sacrifice, is finally in a trade paper edition, and it’s lovely, both inside and out. You can order it here, or wait a week or so and order a signed copy on Ella Distribution. Tell your local bookstore to look there as well.

2940016317236_p0_v1_s260x420For those of you who love my Hugo-nominated novella, Recovering Apollo 8, it’s finally out in e-book and trade paper editions. It’s always been part of my well-received collection, Recovering Apollo 8 And Other Stories, but until this month, there wasn’t an e-book edition of that collection. There is now, with a stunning cover that I just love.

And there are a lot of new audio books, including Heart ReadersFantasy Life, and Traitors. You can also get two Freelancer’s Guide Short Books, When To Quit Your Day Job and Getting Started. Jane Kennedy did a lovely job on the short story, Something Blue. And I’m told even more will hit audio in the next few weeks.

Busy, busy, busy. I’m pleased and a bit overwhelmed. You should be able to find all sorts of things  you might want to read or listen to, in any form in which you want them. Enjoy!
